Paying the year up front is 15% off. Storage is from $1,200 a month billed monthly, or from $1,020 a month with the year paid up front, billed $12,240 for the year.

What drives the cost of storing an exotic car in Miami.
The climate
South Florida is hot and humid for most of the year, it sits on salt air, and hurricane season runs right through it. A car parked outdoors or in an unconditioned garage sits in all of that. Climate controlled, secured storage is the largest part of what you are paying for.
Security and scale
This is a private facility holding a handful of cars, not hundreds. Fewer cars means each one can be moved without shuffling a row of others, and a small secured building costs more per car than a large shared one does.
Kept ready, not just parked
On the All-Inclusive plan, auto services are part of the plan, so the car is kept ready rather than just parked. Detailing and cleaning are in that plan too, and so is vehicle delivery. That is the difference between the two prices.
What is not on this page: we do not publish a deposit, a setup fee or an insurance requirement here, because those are settled in writing with you rather than quoted by a calculator.
How this compares with an ordinary self storage unit.
A self storage unit is rented floor area. You are paying for square feet behind a roll up door, and what happens to the car inside is left to you. Many units are not climate controlled, access is on the operator's terms, and nobody starts the car, cleans it or brings it to you.
This is a different product with a different price. It is a private facility for a handful of cars, it is climate controlled and secured, and on the All-Inclusive plan the car is looked after while it is here and delivered to you when you want it.
We are not going to put a figure on what a self storage unit costs. Those prices move by operator, by unit size and by month, and a number invented here would be out of date by the time you read it. Compare our published prices with the quotes in front of you.
The arithmetic, set out plainly.
One car. Every figure on this page is for a single car. For more than one, call us.
Billed monthly. The total is the monthly price multiplied by the number of months you pick.
The year paid up front. That price covers 12 months. If you pick more than 12 months, the calculator prices each full year up front and works out the months left over at the monthly rate. Under 12 months, it uses the monthly rate and says so.
The monthly equivalent. The total divided by the number of months, rounded to the nearest dollar.
The word from. Storage starts at $1,200 a month, so every Storage figure here reads as a starting point rather than a fixed quote.
