Getting here from Miami Beach

The run is Collins Avenue north through Surfside and Bal Harbour, west across the Broad Causeway, then north on Biscayne Boulevard to NE 143rd Street and the last few blocks over to NE 18th Avenue.

Miami Beach is an island, and space on it is the thing in shortest supply: assigned spaces in the buildings, valet only garages in the towers, permit and meter blocks around Lincoln Road and South of Fifth. Plenty of owners here keep a season, in town for the winter and elsewhere for the summer, so the car gets driven in bursts. Having it 20 minutes up the coast means it is ready when the season starts and settled the rest of the year, instead of moving it north in the spring and back again in the fall.

All-Inclusive

$1,999 a month

Facility use, auto services, storage, detailing, cleaning and vehicle delivery.

Paid yearly, $1,699 a month, billed $20,388.

On the All-Inclusive plan at $1,999 a month, vehicle delivery is included, so the car can come to you in Miami Beach when you want it.
