Getting here from Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands
From either town it is west on 96th Street, which becomes Kane Concourse through Bay Harbor Islands, over the Broad Causeway to NE 123rd Street, then north on Biscayne Boulevard to NE 143rd Street and the facility at 14211 NE 18th Ave.
Bay Harbor Islands is two small islands strung along Kane Concourse, low rise buildings on the west island and houses with boats behind them on the east. Surfside is the low stretch of the barrier island between Bal Harbour Shops and North Beach, a few blocks deep, with a public beach on one side and a main street where the shops sit at street level. Plenty of households here are full in season and quiet by August, with one car that is worth a space of its own.

Facility use, auto services, storage, detailing, cleaning and vehicle delivery.
Paid yearly, $1,699 a month, billed $20,388.
The All-Inclusive plan at $1,999 a month includes vehicle delivery, so the car comes to you in Surfside or Bay Harbor Islands instead of you driving out to collect it, along with storage, facility use, auto services, detailing and cleaning.
