Getting here from Sunny Isles Beach
Take Sunny Isles Boulevard west across the Intracoastal, then turn south on West Dixie Highway through North Miami Beach. The building is at 14211 NE 18th Avenue, just off NE 143rd Street.
Addresses here are mostly tower addresses on Collins Avenue, where the parking comes with the apartment and is assigned by the building. Many owners keep the place for part of the year and live somewhere else for the rest, so the car is driven in stretches rather than every day, and taking it north and south each season is a trip in itself. Leaving it about 15 minutes away, in a private climate controlled building that holds a handful of cars, is usually the simpler arrangement.
